C-SER does not knowingly collect or process personal data from underage or unfit individuals when there is no expressed written consent from their parents, guardians or legal representatives. If You are a parent, guardian, or legal representative of an underage or unfit individual and notice that their personal data has been collected without your consent, please contact us at contacto@cser.com.mx to request the removal of that data.
It is herein notified that C-SER shall deal with the following sensitive personal data: disabilities, type of disability, health status, medical examinations, height, weight, size, diseases or illnesses, medical treatments, injuries or accidents, union memberships, religious beliefs, union or labor memberships, political interests and trial convictions or problems with law enforcement.
We are committed to address these issues under the strictest security measures that guarantee confidentiality.
All personal data compiled voluntarily shall be handled, accordingly, to establish, maintain and comply with the legal relationship between You and C-SER; therefore, C-SER shall deal with your personal data to contact you in case your profile fits C-SER’s interests, schedule a meeting or send financial deals, request additional information from you or third parties, answer your questions and focus on comments issued by you and sent to us by any means, contact you in any case necessary to comply with the existing legal relationship, deliver information of interest or our newsletter, and in general, monitor any service application that could arise.
In that case, and if there is a legal relationship with C-SER, all personal data collected for the aforementioned objectives shall only be used by C-SER to be formally included in purchase orders, contracts or other documents related to you.
It is herein notified that C-SER may also employ your data for marketing, advertising or commercial research purposes to deliver our newsletter and/or contact you to offer our services.
C-SER shall transfer your personal data to third parties not affiliated to C-SER within national territory when this transference is exclusively executed to maintain and comply with the legal relationship between C-SER and You.
By virtue of the above, it is herein notified that C-SER shall not ask for your consent to transfer your personal data, pursuant to the provisions in the valid Article 37 of the Law.
In any case, any other type of data transference can only be performed, provided that (i) it is in accordance with the Law, (ii) it is ordered by the pertinent authority, and (iii) it has been expressly authorized by the owner.
In that same manner, it is herein notified that C-SER may, if they see fit to do so, request information to third parties, regarding your work, legal and personal background to verify that these transferors hold a privacy policy that protects your personal data.
C-SER has adopted all the necessary security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against any damage, loss, change, destruction or unauthorized use, access or employment. Nevertheless, given that there are online communication channels out of our surveillance scope, we cannot always guarantee that your personal data sent to us, via electronically, shall be fully protected against an unauthorized use, access or employment.
C-SER adopted security measures shall be reviewed and examined accordingly to the technical and legal novelties, and shall not be less effective to those adopted by C-SER to protect their own information.
If we notice that there is a security breach in any stage of the personal information management that would considerably affect your proprietary or nonpencuniary rights, the C-SER Personal Data Department shall immediately notify you, via e-mail, about this event, so that You can take any suitable and necessary action to protect your rights.
In any case, access to your personal data, withheld by C-SER, shall be limited to those individuals that need to obtain said information to perform any activity previously identified in this Privacy Policy.
As the owner of the personal data, You may address the C-SER Personal Data Department to exercise any of your access, rectification, cancelation and/or opposition rights (“ARCO Rights”), in accordance to the Law. Additionally, you shall be able to recall, at all times, your expressed consent that was necessary to handle your personal data, as well as limit their use or disclosure. If, after the recall, you request its confirmation, C-SER shall expressly answer you.
The ARCO Rights exercise shall be performed by requesting in writing, addressed to the C-SER Personal Data Department and submitted to contacto@cser.com.mx or any of our offices, located in Petén 98, Col. Narvarte, Alcadía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03020, Mexico City, directed to the Personal Data Department, where you shall explain in detail the subject of your request (“ARCO Request”). A copy of your valid official ID card must be attached to the ARCO Request and you also need to indicate the means in which you want to receive an answer from C-SER. The C-SER Personal Data Department shall respond to your ARCO Request by any means of your choice; they also shall inform and explain you about their decision maximum 20 (twenty) business days after the reception day of the ARCO Request (or in accordance to the term established in the pertinent Law, whichever period is longer). The procedure shall be execute pursuant to the Law. If you wish to know the requirements and procedures to exercise your ARCO rights, please contact person in charge of the C-SER Personal Data Department.
Under the Law and its Regulation, it is herein notified that, in case of receiving a negative response to or noncompliance with the ARCO rights requests, You can submit said ARCO Request to the National Transparency, Information Access and Personal Data Protection Institute (“INAI”, for its Spanish acronym) within the pertinent terms and deadlines pursuant to the Law and its Regulation.
You shall be informed about any modification to this Privacy Policy within at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the date when all modifications are legally valid and it shall be published in our website www.cser.com.mx, sent to you via e.mail or hard copy, where all the modification details shall be listed. In case of not having registered your e-mail address, it shall be published in the C-SER webpage.
